On the Mend

bedtime tea

This is just a post to let you know that I’m back home and recuperating.  I’m so glad that the surgery is now behind me!  Thank you so much for lifting me up in prayer!!

This little Holly Pond Hill picture depicts this cloudy, cozy Sunday afternoon as I rest in bed with a good book, Hallmark Christmas movies, and the sounds of my family fluttering about.  I’ll be glad to get back to the busyness of life, but in the meantime, I relish these moments too.

I hope that each of you have a blessed week!

Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.”

I thought of and prayed for you on Thursday, my new friend...

I love the sweet picture you shared here.

I hope you have cozy, relaxing days of recovery. : )

So, so thankful that you are at home and mending. The picture you chose says it all! (Even a little bell on the couchside table!) I absolutely love Holly Pond Hill! Thanks so much for letting us all know how you are doing.

Praying for a swift and uncomplicated recovery!

I'm so glad to hear you are recuperating and that your surgery went well. With all tough things we face in life, there really is no better peace than when they are behind us :)

Sounds like you are having a cozy and restful day. Hallmark movies are the sweetest and so wonderful to watch when you are recovering from illness or surgery. I pray your recovery is quick and that you rest well!

Blessings to you♥

Dear Mrs. Smith:

I am glad that you are well and are on the mend. I too, just had surgery so I know what you are going though. It is not easy, but the Lord is so kind and helpful to us when we need Him most.

I love your Holly Pond Hill card. I ADORE Holly Pond Hill! In fact, I recreate the pictures in the books and on the cards with Calico Critter figures and play sets. I put them on my blog from time to time so please feel free to stop by and see my little "family". I will be putting more pictures on soon as my collection is growing. I am waiting for my newest arrival to come in the mail tomorrow. It is the Blackcurrant Cafe, which I am turning into a tea room. I work in a lovely, sweet tea room in real life and I wanted to recreate the one that is in Susan's book. I have always wanted to own a tea room, so now I do, or at least a miniature one. Plus, this one is very low maintenance!

Blessings in the Lord,

Mrs. B
